How does home physiotherapy work in Tambun?

What do we check in a garden or orchard?

It depends on the problem. Hot water can soothe stiff joints. It is a risk after a fresh operation, with swelling, with reduced feeling in the skin or with some heart and blood pressure conditions.
Ask your doctor or surgeon first. When cleared, go with a helper, test the water with the hand, keep it short and mind the wet steps on the way out.
