Questions people ask
Do you really come to the house?
Yes. Home physiotherapy is available now across Ipoh. A physiotherapist visits, looks at how you move in your own rooms and stairs, and starts treatment in the same session. Send your area and street name on WhatsApp and we will confirm how we can help.
When does the Canning Garden centre open?
Our Canning Garden centre, near Fatimah Hospital, is opening soon, and we have no date to share yet. Home visits are available now, and you can move between home and centre care once the centre opens. Message us on WhatsApp and we will tell you when we have a date.
How much does physiotherapy cost?
Prices for home visits and for the centre are different, and we have not published a price list yet. Tell us on WhatsApp what happened, the patient's age and your area, and we will send a quote for the plan we would suggest.
Can I arrange care for my parent while I live in KL or Singapore?
Yes. You can write to us from anywhere, describe your parent's situation and agree the plan. A family member or helper can sit in on visits, and we can share the exercises with you by message afterwards. Tell us who is at home on weekday mornings.
Do I need a doctor's referral?
Check with your doctor or insurer whether a referral is needed, especially for insurance claims. After surgery, a stroke or a hospital stay, bring the discharge papers to the first visit, because they help us plan safely from the start.
What if I live outside the city?
Send us your area and we will tell you how we can help. Some places near Ipoh may be possible, and we would rather answer honestly than guess before we know where you are. A street name or a nearby landmark is enough to start.
