Fees

How our fees work

Home visits and centre sessions are priced differently, and you get a quote before you decide.

How does pricing work at Kinesio Rehab Ipoh?

We quote every plan on WhatsApp after you describe the situation. Prices for home visits and for the centre are different, and we have not published a price list yet.

That way the number you receive matches the person, the problem and the place. You see the plan and the price together before you decide.

What changes the price of a plan?

Five things shape a quote. We explain each one when we reply.

  • Home or centre: a home visit includes the physiotherapist coming to you.
  • The condition and how complex it is, for example recovery after a stroke or a simple sprain.
  • Where in Ipoh you live.
  • The number of visits the plan suggests, and the days between them.
  • Whether extra support is needed, such as a family training session.

Our Canning Garden centre, near Fatimah Hospital, is opening soon, and its prices will be quoted separately from home visits.

Why do we not list other clinics’ prices?

Clinics set their own fees and change them, and the public price listings we found were mostly on directories rather than on the clinics’ own websites. We do not repeat figures we could not confirm on a provider’s own site.

To compare, ask each clinic for its current fee for your problem, what a session includes and how long it lasts. These are other providers’ prices to ask about, not ours.

How do I get a quote from us?

It takes one message. Tell us who needs physiotherapy, what happened and where in Ipoh they live.

  1. Send your message on WhatsApp.
  2. We reply with questions and explain how a visit would run.
  3. We send a quote for the plan we suggest.
  4. You decide whether to go ahead.

Our contact page lists what to include, and the first visit page shows what happens next.

Can I claim from insurance?

Possibly, and the answer depends on your policy. Ask your insurer whether outpatient physiotherapy is covered, whether it covers home visits, and whether a doctor’s referral is needed.

Our insurance page lists the questions to ask and explains cashless and reimbursement claims.

Where can I read more about cost?

These guides explain cost in more detail. They are written for Ipoh families.

Questions people ask

Where can I see your price list?

Prices for home visits and for the centre are different, and we are still confirming our figures. A quote on WhatsApp also fits your situation better than a single number. Describe the problem, the patient's age and your area, and we send a quote for the plan we suggest.

Is a home visit more expensive than a clinic session?

The two are priced separately, because a home visit includes the physiotherapist travelling to you and working in your own space. Most families find the time saved, and the safer setting after surgery or a stroke, worth weighing. Ask for both quotes if you are unsure.

Can I claim the cost from my insurance?

Some policies cover outpatient physiotherapy, usually within limits that differ by plan. Ask your insurer what they need, including whether a doctor's referral is required, and read our insurance page for the questions to ask. Ask us what written details you can request for your insurer.

How do I compare quotes from different providers?

Compare like with like. Ask what a session includes, how long it lasts, whether travel is included, the number of visits the plan suggests, and who treats you. A lower price per session can mean more sessions overall, so ask for the whole plan.

Do you charge for the first message or the quote?

No. Asking about physiotherapy and receiving a quote costs nothing. We read your message, ask what we need to know and send the quote, and you decide whether to go ahead after you have read the quote and asked your questions.
