How do I contact Kinesio Rehab Ipoh?
Use WhatsApp. Tap the button on this page and a chat opens with our Ipoh team, with a first line already typed for you. Change it to describe your own situation.
WhatsApp is our only enquiry channel, which keeps your photos, papers and questions in one conversation.
What should I put in my first message?
Five things help us reply properly the first time. You do not need all of them, and you can add details later.
- Who needs physiotherapy: you, a parent, a spouse or a child, and their age.
- What happened: pain, a fall, an operation, a stroke, or a worry about how a child moves.
- Where in Ipoh they live, for example a neighbourhood or the nearest main road.
- What they want to do again, such as climb the stairs or walk to the kopitiam.
- Anything from a doctor, such as a discharge paper, scan report or medicine list.
What does a message look like?
Here is an example you can copy and change.
“Hi Kinesio Rehab Ipoh, my mother is 78 and had a knee replacement last week at a private hospital. We live in a terrace house in Ipoh Garden, and her bedroom is upstairs, but I live in KL. Can you tell me how home physio would work and what it costs?”
If you are the patient, write the same way in your own words. Short is fine.
What happens after I send it?
We read your message and reply with a few questions if we need them. Then we explain how a first visit would run and send a quote for the plan we would suggest.
You decide whether to go ahead. If you do, we agree on a day and the physiotherapist visits. The first visit page shows what happens during that session.
Which questions can I ask?
Anything about care. Families ask about the cost, about insurance claims, about whether home or centre care suits better, and about how to prepare the house.
Our Canning Garden centre, near Fatimah Hospital, is opening soon, and you can ask about it too. Home physiotherapy across Ipoh is available now, as described on the home physiotherapy page.
When should I seek urgent care first?
If someone has sudden weakness on one side of the body, trouble speaking, chest pain, a serious fall or a head injury, go to the nearest emergency department or call for an ambulance. Message us once they are safe and stable.
For help deciding, read when to seek medical care.
