How should you read this directory?
This page lists physiotherapy providers in Ipoh by how they deliver care. Each entry says what the provider lists publicly, according to its website or a local news article, with the source and the date we read it (accessed November 2026).
Details change, and some sources are years old, so please confirm with the provider before you decide. We list no ratings or reviews, and no provider here is linked to us or endorses us. Our methodology page explains how we collect and check this information.
Which providers visit patients at home?
Some Ipoh providers list home visits, and the choice depends on what the patient needs.
- PrimeMotion Rehabilitation & Physiotherapy Centre in Fair Park lists home physiotherapy among its rehabilitation services, and says it has a ceiling hoist system for stroke and neurological rehabilitation [3]. Read our comparison with home physio.
- BeLeaf Physiotherapy Centre lists a housecall service alongside neurological and geriatric rehabilitation, at its Ipoh branch in Medan Ipoh Bestari [4]. See the BeLeaf guide.
- Agape Mobile Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation is a home-visit provider that says transport and portable equipment are included in its fee, and that sessions last 1 hour 15 minutes [5]. See the Agape guide.
- Alpro Physio lists home physiotherapy among its services, with an Ipoh outlet in Taman Ipoh Selatan [7]. See the Alpro comparison.
Which centres and clinics offer care in a building?
These providers see patients at their own premises.
- ReViVA Physio-Rehab at KMC Mall lists post-surgery, stroke, sports and paediatric physiotherapy and a hydrotherapy pool with a hoist [8]. See the ReViVA guide.
- Yayasan Ipoh, a non-profit in Bercham, offers physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy and hydrotherapy through its therapy division [9]. See the Yayasan Ipoh guide.
- Physio Care PMC Center, attached to Klinik PMC in Bandar Ipoh Raya, was described in 2022 as a SOCSO panel provider with equipment for neuro-developmental and stroke care [10]. See the Physio Care PMC guide.
- Further clinics appear on directory sites, including DBC Active in Taman Ipoh, Western Acupuncture & Exercise Medicine in Ipoh Garden, New Hope Medic in Bandar Cyber, Pain Paralysis Physiotherapy Centre in Bandar Meru Raya and Pioneer in Bandar Baru Tambun [11]. See the DBC Active guide.
What about hospital departments and PERKESO?
Hospitals can be the right place when the patient is still under a specialist, or needs equipment and monitoring. Pantai Hospital Ipoh lists physiotherapy and rehabilitation services for all ages and says appointments can be requested online [12]. We could not find a current public page describing physiotherapy at Hospital Fatimah, so ask the hospital directly.
For Hospital Raja Permaisuri Bainun and KPJ Ipoh Specialist Hospital, ask the hospital or your doctor directly about outpatient physiotherapy. Our guide to hospital physiotherapy departments in Ipoh goes through what to ask.
A Sultan Nazrin Shah PERKESO Rehabilitation Centre operates in Ipoh, offering structured physiotherapy and robotic rehabilitation, according to a June 2026 Ipoh Echo article [2]. Eligibility was not stated, so PERKESO-insured patients should ask PERKESO.
What about prices?
Most Ipoh providers do not publish prices on their own sites, and directory prices vary in age, so we do not list other providers’ prices here. Please ask each provider for its current fee.
Who may suit which option?
Choose the setting that makes it easiest for the patient to keep going.
- A centre or clinic may suit someone who travels easily and wants equipment such as a pool or gym.
- A hospital department may suit a patient still under a specialist team, or one who needs monitored care.
- A home-visit service may suit someone just home from hospital, unsteady on their feet, or recovering from a stroke.
When may home physiotherapy with us suit you better?
If getting to a building is the hardest part of recovery, home physiotherapy removes that step. The physiotherapist sees your stairs, your bathroom and your bed, and teaches the family how to help.
We are the Ipoh branch of Kinesio Rehab Physiotherapy Centre. Home visits across Ipoh are available now, and our Canning Garden centre is opening soon. Read about home physiotherapy and in-centre physiotherapy.
