What do these terms cover?
These terms cover your use of the Kinesio Rehab Ipoh website and the enquiries you send us through it. By using the site, you agree to them.
They sit alongside our privacy policy and our disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the site, and you are still welcome to ask us questions.
Who are we?
We are Kinesio Rehab Ipoh, the Ipoh branch of Kinesio Rehab Physiotherapy Centre. We offer home physiotherapy across Ipoh now, and our Canning Garden centre is opening soon.
Details such as the centre address and opening hours will be added once they are final.
When does an enquiry become care?
A WhatsApp message starts a conversation, not a booking. We ask about the problem, suggest a route and give a quote.
Care is booked when we agree the date, the area and the plan with you, and confirm it on WhatsApp. Treatment begins only with the patient’s agreement. If a family member is writing for the patient, we ask the patient first.
How do quotes work?
Home and centre prices are different, and no price list is published yet. A quote is given on WhatsApp for the plan we describe, based on the condition, the area of Ipoh and the visits needed.
If the plan changes, we update the quote and ask you before going ahead. Ask us about rescheduling when you book, so you know how it works for your visit. For claims, see our insurance page and our fees page.
How do you use the information on the site?
Pages give general information, as explained in our disclaimer. Please use them to prepare and to ask better questions, and rely on your own doctor and physiotherapist for decisions about your care.
We check pages against their sources and correct them when we find an error, as our editorial policy describes.
Who owns the content?
The text, structure and design of this site belong to Kinesio Rehab Ipoh and its parent brand, apart from logos and materials owned by others. You can share a link to any page and quote a short extract with credit to us.
For anything longer, ask us first on WhatsApp.
What about links to other websites?
We link to outside websites, such as official sources and other providers, so you can read further. Those sites have their own owners, terms and privacy practices, and a link does not mean we are connected to them or endorse them.
What law applies, and how do we handle changes?
The laws of Malaysia apply to your use of this site and to our services. If a problem comes up, message us first and we will work on it with you.
We may update these terms, and the date below will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the new version.
