What should I tell you about my home here?

- Whether the patient uses a stick, a frame or a wheelchair.

Can a mall walk be the goal?
AEON Mall Station 18 is the best-known landmark in the area, and it makes a sensible goal. The floors are flat, there are places to sit and the corridors stay cool in the afternoon heat.
We build towards it in stages: the hallway, the garden path, a short walk outside, then one slow lap with someone beside you. Your doctor’s advice comes first at every stage.
How do klinik kesihatan visits fit in?
Older residents here see Klinik Kesihatan Station 18 for blood pressure, diabetes or medicine refills. Those checks matter, and they affect how hard you can exercise.
Send us any advice you were given, such as a limit on effort or a warning about dizziness. We plan the home exercises around it and avoid booking a visit on the morning of a clinic appointment.
